Modern Crop is a classic case of the old embracing the new. The company’s commitment to advancing the science of CBD production is world-class, but centered in a somewhat surprising place — Stanford, Kentucky, a small town founded in 1775. However, when you think about it, the setting makes sense. There are few places in the world where quality matters more than here, whether it be distilling ultra-premium bourbon or breeding the fastest horses on Earth.

Modern Crop respects that legacy. From seed to research laboratory and processing facility, every step of production is done in Stanford. Yet the approach to the science of CBD is as progressive as farming gets. Early in our creative process we knew it was critical to capture this juxtaposition of agriculture and science – starting with the naming of the brand. A fully realized identity system, trade-show marketing, digital presence, branded apparel, fleet and facility. After all, Modern Crop is the future of farming and a honorable reflection of its historic legacy.

Something we’re equally proud of.
